Naval Architecture Progress (NAP) is an independent company providing highly qualified design, engineering and consulting services for companies involved in the shipping and ship building business.

NAP was established in 1978 by Dott. Ing. Nikos Pratikakis, who now stands as the company's Managing Director, while Mr. Kostas Zagkas (Naval Architect) is the Technical Director and Mr. George Pratikakis (Naval Architect) is the Design Manager. Our personnel have considerable experience gained from various positions in the shipping and offshore industry and major conversions of Japanese ro-ro ferries to luxury passenger ferries. Our senior consultants have backgrounds from key positions held at shipyards, engineering companies and classification societies.

We cover a complete range of services from first studies through to contractual negotiations, basic and detail design, engineering and procurement studies. Project coordination and management, supervision and commissioning.
